Hi! I'm Renee Wilkey
from Wilson, MI. As well as being a One Stroke™ Certified Instructor (the only
"OSCI" in Menominee and Delta County), I have also completed many hours of
training in decorative and tole painting from the online organizations, Toletown
and Tolefriends, with lessons from artist/designers Lorrie Weber, Jan Fox, Junan
Heath, Judy Deiphouse, Jill MacFarlane, Sheryl Thompson, Kerry Trout, Roxanne
Jarvis, Susan Kelley, Kim Christmas, Carol Sharpe, Jamie Mills-Price, Deb
Malewski, Phylis Tilford, Bob Pennycook, and many
others.
I enjoy all forms of decorative
painting; and I paint for the love of the art, mainly in acrylic. I started in
the artistic venue with charcoal and pencil drawings in a study with Betsy
Edwards Book “Drawing with the Right Side of the Brain“. I also enjoy many forms
of crafts as well, such as crochet, card making, and scrapbooking to name a few.
I volunteer in many arts and crafts programs and events.
