Corporate Wellness Session
Strokes of Magic offers Corporate "Lunch with Paint" Sessions at your office. We know that some employees may be experiencing anxiety or are even reluctant about returning to the office. That is why we want to come in and provide a creative distraction. We want to come in and provide a stress free solution for employees as part of your wellness initiatives. It's simple to set up and employees will reap all of the benefits.
HOW IT WORKS:

Your staff will bring their own lunch OR you (the employer) can provide it.

We will set up our mock art studio in your cafeteria or meeting room.

We will bring soft and soothing music to set the mood.

We provide a small canvas, easel and all of the supplies needed for painting.

We will complete an artistic piece in 45-60 minutes.
We provide this experience for up to 25 people (on a rotating basis). For example, we will set up for the start of the lunch hour at 11 am and we will allow several lunch hour rotations to occur to allow staff to stagger in and out.
HOW TO SET UP:

Send us any paperwork necessary to become a vendor for your company. Please ensure to allow ample time for processing before scheduling a date. Send to: strokesofmagicfl@gmail.com. If none is required, then go to next step.

Next, contact us directly for availability. When you call, have the following: two date options and the number of expected participants. Our schedule for these events are Monday - Friday, but will vary based on your shift needs. We will come onsite for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.
RATE & PAYMENT:

Our corporate rate is a minimum of $625 per hour; which can accommodate up to 25 employees. You can calculate an estimated final rate based on your company size and time needed on-site. If you are planning a company function outside of the lunch period, please inquire for a special event rate.

A 50% deposit is required to book the date. We will accept credit or company issued check. Once the date is set, it cannot be changed without a 10% service fee (added to final invoice). The final payment is due on the day of by credit card or company issued check.
