Reservation Policy:
A confirmed ticket is non-refundable or transferable. If we cancel, then you are entitled to a refund.
Events start ON-TIME. To be respectful of everyone's time, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, then your reservation is forfeit and non-refundable.
