  1. Reservation and Payment:

    • To secure a booking, a deposit is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.

    • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and Zelle transfers.

  2. Age Restriction:

    • The youngest paint party we co-host is age 7.

    • To book a party you must be 18 years old.

    • We do not co-host events where alcohol is served to guests under the legal drinking age of 21.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

    • In the event of cancellation, the deposit can be applied to a future event with a $45 reschedule fee. Date must be within 30 days.

  4. Release of Liability and Responsibility:

    • Our company uses non-toxic paint; however, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or any other health-related issues caused by the use of our products.

    • We are not responsible for any damage or staining to furniture, carpets, clothing, or other materials during the painting session.

  5. Event Logistics:

    • We do not provide food or alcoholic beverages during our events.

    • We bring all necessary painting supplies and equipment for the session, except tables and chairs.

    • Tables and chairs are available at an additional cost. 

    • Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space for the event, table or floor coverings, and ensuring adequate ventilation. 

  6. Respect and Conduct:

    • Respectful behavior is expected from all participants during the event.

    • Any misconduct or damage to property caused by guests will be the responsibility of the host/client.

  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule the event at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.

  8. Right to Deny Service:​

    • We reserve the right to deny service if we arrive and feel the venue is in an unsafe or high crime area. If a deposit is paid, then it will be refunded. ​​

Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events respects the artistic rights and creative ownership of all artwork displayed in our concepts gallery. We do not claim exclusivity or ownership over any artwork showcased in our gallery, as they are the intellectual property of their respective artists or creators.

For custom concepts created specifically for private events hosted by Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events, any original designs, themes, or concepts generated by our team shall be considered the intellectual property of Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events. This includes but is not limited to artwork, sketches, designs, and thematic ideas created uniquely for the event.

We honor the artistic rights and ownership of individual artists and creators and strive to maintain ethical standards in respecting their intellectual property. Any replication, distribution, or use of the custom concepts beyond the agreed-upon event requires explicit permission or licensing from Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events.

Automatic Photo



By participating in any Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events, you agree to the automatic release of photographs and/or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events reserves the right to use these images on their website, social media platforms, advertising materials, and other promotional channels without further consent or notification.

Participants understand and acknowledge that photographs and/or videos taken during the event may feature their likeness and hereby grant permission for the use of these images for promotional purposes without any compensation or approval required.

By attending the event, participants release Strokes of Magic Paint and Sip Events and its representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of the images or in any related activity.
